搅拌车如何更换液压油？
液压泵分为齿轮泵，叶片泵，柱塞泵，螺杆泵。而搅拌机一般使用的是柱塞泵。

齿轮泵一般选用低灰液压油，对要油品要求一般。叶片泵可选用低灰或无灰的液压油。柱塞泵和螺杆泵都是使用无灰的液压油，因其部件的设计精密对液压油的灰分特别严重。柱塞泵使用的无灰液压油除了要求无灰，对油品的氧化安定性要求也很高，市售一般氧化安定/min测试约300。当然也有添加剂能达1000以上。

搅有些客户在购买商品混凝土水泥搅拌运输车后，一般改装厂家会给用户壹本操纵手册，而这个操纵手册上应该有明确的要求齿轮油以及液压油的标号。对付液压系统原则上夏季利用68#的抗磨液压油，冬季应该利用46#的抗磨液压油，寒冷地区应该利用32#的低温抗磨液压油。这样做的长处是液压系统内油的循环越发顺利，不会因为高温油的粘稠度达不到，造成液压油系统不能正常运转。

（1）放开油箱卸油堵有头；
(1) Release the oil unloading plug of the oil tank;
（2）松开马达卸油堵油头；
(2) Loosen the motor oil discharge plug;
（3）松开泵侧的回油管接头放油；
(3) Loosen the oil return pipe connector on the pump side to drain the oil;
（4）油放完后，重新装好卸油堵油头及回管；
(4) After the oil is drained, reinstall the oil discharge plug and return pipe;
（5）在油箱内加入指定的油液；
(5) Add the specified oil into the oil tank;
（6）松开泵上稍高的卸油口，看壳体是否注满了油；
(6) Loosen the slightly higher oil discharge port on the pump to see if the housing is filled with oil;
（7）同样检查马达壳体是否注满了油，检查是否保持和马达的清洁；低速启动引擎2-3次，确定无异常后，低速发动引擎（800-1000rpm）约10分钟；热机后，逐渐拉动操纵杆到倾斜角，检查有无异常，如果一切正常，就可以正式使用了。
