中科自上料搅拌机剩料如何清理
在使用中科自上料搅拌机的过程中，有时会遇到一些事故。如果遇到这种情况，如何清洗槽内剩余的物料?

1.关闭控制室电源开关，并悬挂“不关闭”警告标志。
1. Turn off the power switch in the control room and hang the warning sign of "do not turn off".
2.通知装载机发生碰撞，并将装载机斗与主机进料口对齐。
2. Inform the loader of collision and align the loader bucket with the main machine feed port.
3.打开仓库门，员工穿戴防护装备进入主机。用铲子、风枪等工具清理未完成的混凝土。
3. Open the warehouse door, and employees wear protective equipment to enter the host. Clean the unfinished concrete with shovel, air gun and other tools.
4.打开卸车门，将可卸车的未搅拌混凝土卸车。

5.清理完罐内混凝土后，工作人员检查主机叶片是否有损坏，直到确认主机底板和叶片完好为止。工作人员离开主机后，关闭主机仓门。

6.当确定电源接通或车辆运行正常时，应观察斜带、平带上的砂砾，配合控制室操作员通过装载机进行清理。

如果中科自上料搅拌机在使用过程中出现问题，不能运行的内部混凝土会及时排除，如果混凝土凝结在罐内，会造成车辆腐蚀。
