1、班前应检查称量装置是否处于正常工作状态，如有卡阻等影响称量精度的现象应及时排除。

2、检查电气部分的接线是否正确牢固，电气箱外壳是否牢靠接地。

3、在运行中检查各运转部分是否运转正常、输送皮带有无跑偏、皮带与从动辊之间有无异物掉入、如有异常情况停机排除。

4、各活动部位应加注黄油，皮带辊每年拆下加油一次。
