1、水泥搅拌运输车发动前，必须进行检查，各部件量正常可靠，螺栓连接是否紧固，操作是否灵活等。
1. Before the cement mixer truck is started, it must be checked comprehensively to ensure that the quantity of each component is normal and reliable, whether the bolt connection is tight and whether the operation is flexible.
2、各部位润滑点示意要求进行，加油处必须保持干净。

3、液压、气压各系统管路是澡密封牢固，是否有磨损，是否有漏油，漏气等现象应及时检查排除。

6、减速机的保养：按不同的使用期限，应对减速机作以下例进行养护：

(1)换油：首期使用500个小时后换油，以后每1500个小时换一次油，只要满一年不管其工作了多少个小时，必须换油。
(1) Oil change: change the oil after the first 500 hours of use, and then change the oil every 1500 hours, as long as the full year, no matter how many hours it has worked, the oil must be changed.
(2)油品：本车减速机为原装进口减速机，所用齿轮油采用重载荷车辆齿轮油gl-5，粘度等级为85w/140。
(2) Oil: the reducer of this vehicle is imported with original equipment. The gear oil used is heavy duty vehicle gear oil GL-5 with viscosity grade of 85W / 140.
(3)建议：在油温为60度左右放油。每次换完油后，需检查联接螺栓的紧固情况。每周检查一次油位。
(3) Suggestion: drain the oil when the oil temperature is about 60 ℃. After each oil change, it is necessary to check the fastening of the connecting bolts. Check the oil level once a week.
7、商品混凝土水泥搅拌运输车散热器的保养：正常情况下，散热器的过滤芯在固定周期内更换，新车3个月更换滤芯，之后每6个月更换滤芯，滤芯精度与原装滤芯精度一致，每天检查散热器风扇是否运转，每周空气枪清洗散热器叶片表面，确保散热器正常工作。
7. Maintenance of radiator of commercial concrete cement mixer truck: under normal conditions, the filter element of radiator is replaced within the fixed period, the filter element of new car is replaced 3 months, and then the filter element is replaced every 6 months. The accuracy of filter element is consistent with that of original filter element. Check whether the radiator fan is running every day, and clean the surface of radiator blade with air gun every week to ensure the normal operation of radiator.
8、液压泵、液压马达的保养：液压泵、液压马达也为原装进口件，所用液压油为68#抗麿液压油，一般新使用3个月请更换液压油，以后在正常使用情况下更换液压油的时间不得超过12个月。不同企业的液压油不可混合使用，更换新液压油时，必须将液压回路(包括液压泵、液压马达、油管、油管接头、散热器)内清洗干净，否则会导致液压泵、液压马达的故障及缩短其使用寿命。
8. Maintenance of hydraulic pump and motor: the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor are also imported parts, and the hydraulic oil used is 68 ᦇ anti 麿 hydraulic oil. Generally, please change the hydraulic oil after 3 months of use, and the time for replacing the hydraulic oil under normal use shall not exceed 12 months. 9、水泥搅拌运输车托轮的保养：每3个月应定期补加润滑脂一次，搅拌筒托轮表面每天都要注油一次，已避免托轮异常磨损。
9. Maintenance of supporting wheel of cement mixing truck: grease should be added regularly every 3 months, and the surface of supporting wheel of mixing drum should be filled with oil once a day to avoid abnormal wear of supporting wheel.
10、供水系的保养：商品混凝土水泥搅拌运输车供水方式为气压供水，从底盘储气筒取气，因此应经常检查其气路的密封性，以保证金底盘气路不受影响。
10. Maintenance of water supply system: the water supply mode of commercial concrete cement mixer truck is pneumatic water supply, and the gas is taken from the air storage tank of chassis. Therefore, the tightness of the air path of the truck should be checked regularly to ensure that the gas path of the chassis will not be affected.
11、搅拌筒的保养：每次工作完华后，搅拌筒内必须有粗石子加清水洗干净，按出料方法操作，把筒内积水排尽，同时也要对搅拌筒外表及底座周围的水泥残渣进行冲洗，正确处理和保养能延长搅拌筒的使用寿命。
11. Maintenance of mixing drum: after each work, there must be coarse stones in the mixing drum, which should be washed with clean water. According to the discharging method, the accumulated water in the drum should be drained out. 12、冬季商品混凝土水泥搅拌运输车不用时，应放净水箱内及清洗管路的积水。
