1．每次装料前用水冲洗进料口，使进料口在装料时保持湿润；

2．在装料的同时向随车自带的清洗用水水箱中注满水；

3．装料后冲洗进料口，洗净进料口附近残留的混凝土；

4．到工地卸料后，冲洗出料槽，然后向混凝土贮罐内加清洗用水30-40L；在车辆回程时保持混凝土贮罐正向慢速转动；

5.下次装料前切记放掉混凝土贮罐内的污水；
