搅拌车的油耗问题与什么有关?
一、故障的一般原因
1、 General cause of failure
1、空气滤清器受堵,使进气不畅,造成混合气过浓,或排气管受堵。
1. The air filter is blocked, so that the air inlet is not smooth, resulting in too rich mixture or blocked exhaust pipe.
2、怠速调整不正确。如CO调整错误。

3、发动机冷却液温度过高或过低。冷却液温度过高,冷却液容易沸腾,动力下降,油耗增高;冷却液温度过低,混合气雾化不好,发动机功率下降,油耗增加。

4、点火正时不准确,如点火过迟。

二、电控方面的原因

1、冷却液温度传感器有故障。如传感器工作特性发生变化,就会造成喷油修正信号不准。

2、进气压力传感器有故障。如传感器输出压力过高,势必造成混合气过浓。

3、进气温度传感器有故障。

4、氧传感器有故障。如传感器内部短路,传感器电压为0,电脑接收稀混合气信号指令增加喷油量。

5、节气门位置传感器有故障。如节气门位置信号错误。
