搅拌车熄火自救方法需要注意什么?
搅拌车是建筑工地上的常见车,如果在运输过程中突然熄火,会影响到工作进程和司机情绪。因此搅拌车司机一定要掌握搅拌车熄火时的“急救”方法。
Mixer truck is a common vehicle on construction site. If it suddenly stalls during transportation, it will affect the work process and the driver's mood. Therefore, the mixer driver must master the "first aid" method when the mixer stops.
1检查油流情况
1 check the oil flow
搅拌车熄火后,打开油箱开关,拆下输油泵进油管,检查油流的情况,如果油流时断时续,说明油路有问题。油路以后,使用手压泵排出其中的空气,拧开泵头的放气螺钉,气泡消失后再拧紧。
After the mixer is turned off, first open the oil tank switch, remove the oil inlet pipe of the oil transfer pump, and check the oil flow. If the oil flow is intermittent, there is a problem in the oil circuit. After solving the oil circuit, use the hand pump to discharge the air, unscrew the vent screw of the pump head, and tighten it after the bubble disappears.
2检查输油泵活塞和推杆
2 check the piston and push rod of the fuel transfer pump
在确认油流正常后,拆开油泵盖板,检查推杆是否灵活,柱塞有无裂痕。如果一切正常,尝试启动柴油机中速运转十分钟,仍出现熄火情况时,敲击输油泵大螺帽,注意听柴油机的声音,如果声音异常,说明输油泵活塞和推杆卡死,应及时修理更换。
After confirming that the oil flow is normal, disassemble the oil pump cover plate and check whether the push rod is flexible and whether the plunger is cracked. If everything is normal, try to start the diesel engine and run it at medium speed for ten minutes. If the engine still stalls, knock the large nut of the oil transfer pump and pay attention to the sound of the diesel engine. If the sound is abnormal, it indicates that the piston and push rod of the oil transfer pump are stuck and should be repaired and replaced in time.
3检查油嘴雾化情况
3 check the atomization of the oil nozzle
油嘴不雾化也可能导致搅拌车熄火。可以拆下油嘴总成检查开启压力和雾化。如果油嘴总成没有问题,可以用油路旁接法进行试验,如果搅拌车仍然熄火,应该就是发动机的问题。拆下喷油器总成,转动曲轴,有水喷出,说明缸盖、缸体存在裂纹,建议向柴油机的厂家反映。
Failure to atomize the nozzle may also cause the mixer to shut down. The nozzle assembly can be removed to check the opening pressure and atomization. If there is no problem with the nozzle assembly, the test can be carried out by the side connection method. If the mixer still stops, it should be the problem of the engine. Remove the fuel injector assembly, rotate the crankshaft, and water is ejected, indicating cracks in the cylinder head and cylinder block. It is recommended to report to the manufacturer of the diesel engine.
